We’re balancing out the legs today with this one.
➡️ This workout is great for firing up the legs to get all of the muscles in the outer thighs working. It’ll help with cellulite, your glutes, and even your core!
🥰 You know the rule: Never skip leg day. It’s important to spend some time focusing on your legs to help strengthen your body for the other workouts we do. Having strong legs is important when it comes to building a strong core. So much power comes from your legs. It’s important to make sure they’re strong!
