This quick and effective chest workout at home is one of my favorite ways to strength train the upper body. It’s also a great workout to add to your routine if you want to improve your push ups and overall upper body strength.

✨THE WORKOUT: 25-Minute Chest Workout At Home✨

► EQUIPMENT: Medium to Heavy Set of Dumbbells. We’re using 15-30 lbs.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 6 Dumbbell Chest Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds per exercise, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Strict Sets (repeat each chest exercise x 2 sets, back-to-back)
✔️ After Each Chest Exercise Perform 10 Push Ups
