#56: Lower Body Home Workout with Dumbbells

We are working on our Lower Body today. Follow along with us! This 12 min workout targets your entire lower body. Your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and core will be worked! This home workout is apartment friendly and great for beginners! We included dumbbells that will challenge your level of strength and conditioning. The Lower Body workout with dumbbells is suitable for all fitness levels because the workout is formatted to go at a pace that works for you!
All you need for this workout is a yoga mat or soft surface, and a pair of dumbbells that are light to moderate weight. We are using 8 lb dumbbells.

3️⃣ Calf Raise to Dumbbell Deadlift
4️⃣ Marching Glute Bridge
