How we got our start A severe injury in 2016 prevented our founder, Ben, from training. Eager to keep his mind occupied, Ben wanted to help others achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing. Our Workout Logs were designed with one goal in mind: To be simple to use and extremely efficient. What makes our product unique Our logbooks take a no bullsh*t approach to fitness & training tracking. We leave it to you to set your goals and have created a simple template to help you achieve these. We know the importance of diet and training, and we offer both workout and nutrition logbooks in a variety of funky A5 designs.
